Ryan was great. He was as thorough as I wanted him to be in picking apart my house and letting me know where my trouble areas were located. He was very professional, and took the time to explain anything that I didn't understand or any additional questions that I had. His report was exactly what I would expect for a home inspection with two additional bonuses: 1) a summary punch-list that I could use to make sure that I fixed everything, and 2) pictures in the report so I could easily identify the areas we talked about (and that were highlighted in the report). I also plan on having him come out to inspect the repairs that I've had done to make sure that they have been completed properly. I used PHT when I originally purchased this house, and they were the only people I looked for to help me with getting this house back on the market. Plus, I used them to inspect my new house.
