Ryan Raley has been a South Carolina licensed inspector for 24 Years. Ryan has performed over 14,000 fee paid inspections. He has been a FULL TIME inspector for over 25 years. He has additional experience in remolding, electrical, plumbing, and framing. Ryan takes pride in educating home buyers in purchasing and selling experience.
Ryan resides in Lexington with his beautiful wife Caroline and there 12 year old son Cooper. Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, fishing bass tournaments, and golfing in his spare time.
Taylor Nicholson

Taylor Nicholson is a South Carolina licensed inspector and is ICA Certified. Taylor has currently worked under Ryan Raley, who has 25+ years of experience. Taylor is honest and feels that home buyers should be educated in the function and integrity of the systems within and around the homes they are purchasing.
Taylor resides in Columbia with his wife Sally and one-year old son, Wooten. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and is an active serving member at Shandon Baptist Church on Forest Drive.
Hunter Sgorreano
Inspector
Hunter Sgorrano is a licensed Home Inspector at PHT working under Ryan Raley, who has 20+ years of experience. Hunter himself has 2 and a half years experience of doing Home Inspections and has been certified by ICA.
Hunter resides in Columbia with his girlfriend Emma and his dog Freya. He is currently in the process of renovating his home with his father. He enjoys movies, traveling, playing with his dog, and going out on the lake.
Greg
Inspector
Greg is a lifelong resident of Columbia S.C. with over 26 years experience in Home Inspection and Termite Inspection fields. He feels that for many people buying a home is the largest investment they will ever make. They should be well informed in that decision. He absolutely loves his job and takes his profession very seriously.
Greg has a 12 year old son who is his "why" in life and a large extended family throughout the midlands. In his free time he enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
